Ranking of kings
Ranking of kings is an anime that just finished airing that blew everyone's expectations away. At first, I dismissed this series because the main character is a child and the animation style makes it seem like it's for kids, However, now that I've watched it I can say with certainty that this show is well worth watching. Despite the show's fairytale aesthetic, it has its fair share of serious moments. The author has managed to create a dynamic world that keeps viewers at the edge of their seats waiting for what happens next. If you enjoy action and a heartfelt story that will make you feel for the characters I would recommend you watch this show. Every character has their own motivations that we learn over the course of the story, characters aren't just evil for the sake of it. The main character Bojji is the first prince of his kingdom but is incredibly weak and struggles to communicate with others on account of him being deaf. Bojji is a character that you can project yourself onto because his flaws are common to all of us. This show is an underdog story that will make you root for Bojji from episode one.
The show is easy to pick up because it just came out and has a total of 23 episodes. I would recommend anyone interested to watch it I promise you won't regret it. Watching Ranking of Kings is some of the most fun I've had in a while.
